Heal · Align · Manifest is based on scientifically-verified, evidence-based, results-driven paths of transformation, including ancient yogic paths of awakening, amazonian plant medicine preparation protocols, and new age manifestation techniques.

HEAL your body and mind so you may achieve optimal functionality, living from the parasympathetic nervous system, in biological coherence, and present moment awareness. HEALING is the foundation of true transformation. Any path that does not address diet, movement, rest, inner child play, and living by non-violent moral codes is not a real path of self-realization and thus self-optimization.

ALIGN with your true self—your expanded, authentic, self united with your Higher Self—the Earth and Cosmos or Spirit. Through ancient yogic mindfulness practices, you come into ALIGNMENT and activate your energy body, and connect with the infinite creative flow of the Cosmos—or Tao, Spirit, Great Mind, Universal Field, etc. ALIGNMENT is the key to manifestation—it is how you access the energy to empower your visions.

MANIFEST your chosen visions through your activated and elevated energy. Through this process, we work together to identify and articulate your life visions. You centralize your visions through intention and commitment, and utilize the higher power cultivated from healing and alignment to utilize the MANIFESTATION techniques daily to reinforce your successful transformation into the person you want to become and the life you want to live.

The following is the course outline for the 8 weeks of work that we will do together through 1-on-1 meetings and your own personal application in your daily life.

Week 1 — Entering the Path

Commitment, Responsibility, and Orientation

Session Focus
We begin by establishing the container. This first session orients you to the Heal · Align · Manifest path as a lived discipline rather than a conceptual framework. We clarify intentions, expectations, and commitment to the work ahead.

We explore healing as the foundation of all manifestation, emphasizing responsibility, honesty, and consistency. This session includes guided mindfulness meditation and embodied movement to begin elevating and circulating energy through the body.

Practices

  • Mindfulness meditation (present-moment awareness)

  • Gentle movement to awaken and elevate energy

  • Orientation to daily practice rhythm

Homework

  • Write a clear intention for this 8-week journey

  • Write your manifestation vision (what you are calling into being and why)

Week 2 — Creating the Sacred Space

Altar, Intention, and Relationship with Vision

Session Focus
This week establishes the physical and symbolic center of your practice. We create the altar or sacred space and begin cultivating a conscious relationship with intention, vision, and devotion.

We explore desire—not as craving, but as sacred life force—and practice holding the vision with presence, clarity, and feeling. A candle ceremony anchors the work.

Practices

  • Altar creation and orientation

  • Mindfulness of holding the vision

  • Cultivating desire without grasping

  • Movement to embody intention

Homework

  • Cutting cords: write clearly what you are willing to sacrifice, release, or let go of in order to walk this path fully

  • Begin daily time at the altar (even briefly)

Week 3 — Releasing the Old Self

Clearing Resistance and Crossing the Threshold

Session Focus
This week focuses on the transition between who you have been and who you are becoming. We work directly with resistance, fear, doubt, and identity contraction.

Through vivid movement and embodied expression, we loosen attachment to the old self and reinforce commitment to the new path.

Practices

  • Manifestation vision practice

  • Dynamic movement / dance for release

  • Mindfulness of resistance as sensation

Homework

  • Write honestly about the challenges you are encountering so far
    (doubt, fear, uncertainty, lack of confidence, resistance)

  • Practice the manifestation vision daily (with mindfulness practice or separately)

  • Hold the vision lightly but consistently throughout daily life

  • Begin to relate to your life as now organized around this core intention

Week 4 — Embodying the Future Self

Manifestation as Lived Identity

Session Focus
Manifestation becomes real when it moves out of imagination and into the body. This week centers on embodiment—learning to feel, move, and act as the version of yourself aligned with the vision.

We practice inhabiting posture, breath, and behavior consistent with the life you are creating.

Practices

  • Embodied identity rehearsal

  • Movement (DANCE!) aligned with vision

  • Mindfulness of behavior and choice

Homework

  • Choose one ordinary day or activity to consciously live as the “becoming self”

  • Notice what changes in posture, energy, and decision-making

Week 5 — Voice and Declaration

Speaking the Vision into Form

Session Focus
Voice is a creative force. This week we work with spoken intention, declaration, and prayer as tools for manifestation and self-alignment.

We explore how speaking truth—clearly and without self-censorship—stabilizes vision and strengthens resolve.

Practices

  • Voice practice: spoken declaration

  • Voice practice: prayer or invocation

  • Witnessed expression of vision

Homework

  • Daily spoken declaration at the altar

  • One courageous act during the week that expresses your vision aloud or visibly

Week 6 — Social Reality & Relational Alignment

Manifestation in a Shared World

Session Focus
Since we are relational beings, and our visions are contextualized in the real world of relationship, then we will focus on the manifestation visualization practice of interacting with others from the vantage point of our fulfilled vision. We also work on possible resistance from current relationships.

  • Reflection on relational dynamics

  • Mindfulness of external influence

  • Re-centering in personal truth

Homework
Reflect and write on:

  • How do others currently perceive you?

  • Who knows about your vision?

  • Do you feel resistance, doubt, or pressure from people close to you?

  • Are your daily routines and rituals aligned with your vision, or pulling you away from it?

Week 7 — Gratitude, Receptivity, and Grace

Allowing Life to Meet You

Session Focus
This week shifts emphasis from effort to receptivity. Gratitude becomes a manifestation practice—not as positivity, but as recognition of what is already moving.

We cultivate openness to support, synchronicity, and unexpected pathways.

Practices

  • Gratitude as embodied awareness

  • Receptive meditation

  • Softening effort without losing direction

Homework

  • Daily gratitude practice (spoken or written)

  • Notice where life meets you without force

  • Track moments of ease, support, or synchronicity

Week 8 — Closing the Circle

Integration, Reflection, and Continuation

Session Focus
The final session integrates the journey. We reflect on what has changed, what is now non-negotiable, and how the path continues beyond the container.

This is not an ending—it is a sealing of orientation.

  • Reflective dialogue

  • Integration meditation

  • Closing declaration

Homework

  • Write a clear reflection:
    Where do you stand now? What has shifted? What continues?

  • Commit to your next steps beyond the program
